It is likely that electronic voting and use of other electronic means will change the existing concept of Corporate Governance and give it a completely new dimension. Online platforms enable every single share to be active and to vote according to its own interest. The past shows that efficient Corporate Governance models which will be immune on agency problem don’t exist. The only possible way to avoid malfunctioning of the system is to bring back a governing process in the place where it has its origins – on general meetings. Electronic voting will remove key problems of current voting approaches which are time consumption and lengthiness of chains from beneficial owners to share registrar.

Changes under way need proper legislative support, its understanding and implementation. Our goal is to observe the evolution of Corporate Governance through the use of modern electronic means and to be active in the process through research work, public debates and promoting of good Corporate Governance online.
